Key equipment configuration

The other two necessary equipment for several bottle filling lines are the bottle unscrambler and the capping machine. The unscrambler on pharmaceutical packaging line generally has two structures, one is a two-wheel conveying structure automatic bottle-removing machine, and the bottle-keeping speed is 50 to 120 bottles/minute, which can meet the speed requirements of most bottle-feeding machines. Similar to the unscrambler, the main basis for the selection of the capping machine is the production speed and the material, shape and size of the cap. From the structural point of view, there are linear and rotary capping machines, the production speed of up to 150 bottles / minute and 250 bottles / minute respectively, these two models can basically meet the speed requirements of the current number of lines. Different from the bottle unscrambler, due to the different types of caps, a variety of capping heads need to be prepared in order to replace the varieties and packaging methods.

The bottle unscrambler, the pelletizer, and the capping machine are equipped with the necessary conveying equipment and basically form a simple number of packaging lines. In order to realize more automatic packaging functions, a number of auxiliary devices can be configured on the grain line, mainly in the following ways:

Inserting machine: Due to the intermittent movement, the filling equipment will not be too high. For the faster equipment, the maximum filling speed is 80 bottles/minute. If it exceeds this speed, it must be considered expensive. And need more space for continuous equipment, or parallel two to increase speed.

Electromagnetic induction sealing machine: electromagnetic induction foil sealing machine technology is relatively mature, basically all can meet the production speed requirements of 250 bottles / minute, it should be noted that in a long working situation, the device heat and affect the sealing effect. In addition, due to the use of an electromagnetic induction sealer for aluminum foil sealing, high-power magnetic fields not only interfere with the stable operation of other equipment, but also cause health hazards to operators who work long hours on the production line. Therefore, equipment that has passed EMC testing must be selected during equipment selection to ensure the stable operation of the equipment and the health of the production line operators.

Labeling machine: After completing the counting and packaging of medicines, several bottle bottling lines will also be equipped with labeling machines to achieve automatic labeling. Although there are various labeling positions in the current pharmaceutical packaging process, the labels used are generally pre-printed and roll-shaped adhesive labels. In addition, labeling machines that now meet the production speed requirement of more than 100 bottles per minute are required. Abound.

Cartoning machine: The automatic numbering line can also be equipped with a cartoning machine. The filled bottle can be loaded into the carton box along with the instructions to realize the full automation of the carton packaging. At present, the domestic production of cartoning machines can achieve a production speed of up to 80 boxes/minute. To achieve higher-speed production requirements, it is necessary to use an expensive continuous cartoning machine.

Whole line adjustment

After completing the complete line design of several bottled lines and selecting a reasonable stand-alone device, whether or not the design goal can be successfully achieved depends on the commissioning of the production line. The adjustment of automated production lines is mainly divided into software and hardware adjustments.

Adjust the position of the bottle on the entire conveyor system, the spacing between the guide bar and the bar, the detection and control points of the upper and lower processes, the conveyance of bottles and caps, etc. to ensure that the entire production line can basically be linked together, without major clogging defects, and then start to stand alone The equipment is precisely adjusted.
