DEERFIELD, Ill., USA, Pregis Corp. launched Astro-Bubble® Green cushioning bubble product, which contains 30-40% recyclables (depending on available pre-use and post-consumer waste).
Astro-Bubble® Green contains a high content of recyclables without compromising the functionality of the product (eg, product airtightness, etc.). The cushioning bubble product contains up to 20% recyclables and 20% industrial waste, and uses organic green pigments to create a transparent visual effect. It is a green product.

The new cushioning bubble product can protect fragile items by coextrusion. The raw material is linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE)/nylon or single layer LLDPE. There are four different model sizes according to the bubble diameter size: diameter From 1/8 to 1/2 inch, including composite and single-layer packaging specifications, a range of packaging needs can be met (each specification is also divided into standard and economic grades, depending on the thickness of the material).
