Simple recycling process

(Simple Paper Re-making)

List of required materials:
1. Blender or food processor. (It is best to have a special "papermaking" stirring device)

2. Sewage tank or waterproof container (can be used to store papermaking raw materials during the production process)

3. Screens and frames for papermaking (available at handicraft stores)

4. Sponge (any clean sea surface - no cleaning chemicals and cleaning agents left on them, they can cause paper damage)

5. Styrofoam boards - Cut the boards into sections (available in the building materials store) in sizes that are several inches larger than the sides of the screen.

Paper guide:
I. A. Recycled paper, magazines, etc.
1. Cut the paper into 1 to 2 inch pieces.
2. Soak them in warm water (the longer you soak, the less stir time you will need).
3. Take a handful of wet shredded paper into a blender filled with 3/4 hot water (go to entry II).
B. It is also possible to place some soft (not very strong) dry soft cloth in a stirrer full of 3/4 hot water (go to item II).
C. The papermaking process for natural fiber raw materials is more complex and there will be an independent direction in this regard.

Mixtures mentioned in (I) and pour them into a waterproof container or "pot".

II. In the mixer "crush"

III.
1. Place the paper frame on the smooth side of the screen and face the paper frame toward you.

2. Stir the pulp in a container or pot and evenly stirring the slurry will make the resulting paper more uniform. You can add dry flowers, glitter, beads, or whatever you like to the container.

3. Place the screen and the screen frame vertically into the container or pot (the screen frame faces you), slide the screen and the pad frame along the back wall of the pot into the bottom of the pot.

4. Shake the slurry back and forth so that the slurry is evenly distributed and quickly lift the screen and the stationary frame completely.

5. Let the paper frame and screen rest on the side of the container or pot, so that the liquid slowly flows out, and the small amount of scattered pulp remaining on the stationary frame is pushed into the screen.

6. Lift the trim box carefully.

7. You can also put small objects (flowers, confetti, etc.) into the slurry at this point, which can serve as a decoration.

IV. Gently tap the screen on a flat plastic plate. The slurry will stay on the plastic plate. At this time, the back of the screen is facing you. Use sponge to absorb as much water as possible on the screen so that the fibers can be intertwined.
V. Carefully remove the screen and allow the paper to dry completely, otherwise it will curl up.
VI. After drying, carefully peel off the plastic plate and you're done!
