(d) Drop glue on a single sheet of paper

The single-sided paste type has a discontinuous, spot-like paste and adheres to the leader.

Cause Analysis:

1 Paste accumulates on the leader or in the paste panel, rubs off the paste on the paste roller 2 Lead is too high or too low 3 core paper is too wet 4 paste is too thick;
5 The transfer roller is out of place 6 Dirt on the guide jaws or worn or bent;
Too much tension on the 7-core paper. The glue level in the plastic tray is too low.

Solution:

1 regularly remove dirt from the guide jaws and the plastic disc;
2 adjust the guide jaws;
3 cut off the steam flow to the core paper and increase the pretreatment coating;
4 reduce the paste concentration;
5 Check the distance between the top roller and the transfer roller and adjust 6 to clean or replace the leader 7 to reduce the tension;
8 Check the glue level.

(5) Drop glue on double-sided paper

There are intermittent drops of glue on the paste of the double-sided paper, resulting in poor paperboard adhesion.

Cause Analysis:

1 There is dirt on the scraper roller or the metering roller 2 The roller on the entire device is set with deviation 3 The gel in the plastic disc wipes off the paste on the roller;
4 The position of the squeegee on the gluing machine is too high or too low;
5 There is dirt on the rubber roller, or there is foreign matter in the concave part of the roller.

Solution method:

1 Remove dirt from the scraper roller or metering roller;
2 Adjust the position of the scraper roller at both ends of the machine equipment;
3 Clear the gel in the plastic tray 4 and readjust the device;
5 Remove the dirt from the gummed roller. Zippered adhesive

Observations on a machine following the corrugated cardboard production line revealed that the adhesive strength of the single-sided or double-sided machine was very weak, and the adhesion was insufficient or not bonded, and the adhesion was satisfactory in the production of the corrugated medium. This observation is behind the tile line, so the problem is different from the loose corrugated, spotted, or slitted edge corrugation discussed earlier, mainly due to paper.

Cause Analysis:
There is a noticeable water stain on the 1 core paper, unlike the normal operation on the equipment. 2 Abnormalities occur on high density or high performance paper.

Solution:
1 Reduce paste concentration (usually on single-sided machines) in place. Try to use another vendor's core paper and discuss with the original supplier where the core paper problem is;
2 Because the high-density or good-quality facial tissue contains more fibers in a certain thickness, its heat transfer performance is also better than that of a conventional traditional tissue paper. The solid content of starch should be increased and the temperature of each part of the tile line should be reduced to solve such problems.
