Cause Analysis:
1 The gap between the top roller and corrugating roller is too large 2 The gap between the top roller and the metering roller is too small;

9 Pressure roller position is incorrect.
Solution:
1 reduce the gap;
2 increase the gap;
3 repair steam condensate drain;
4 After disconnecting the water flow to the cooling jacket, observe whether the problem is solved, repair the cooling jacket;
5 Clear paste on the baffle;
6 increase the paste level;
7 check the pressure roller loading, check the pressure roller stop device 8 check the pressure roller height;
9 After adjusting the mid-high according to the equipment supplier's standards, remove the pressure roller stop element and check the water pressure and pressure roller drive system for proper operation.

Single-sided machine single-sided web foaming
Cause Analysis:
There are fine lines and 2 watts loose on one surface.
Solution:
1 increase the brake tension, increase the contact area between the tissue paper and the preheater to cover a part of the elastic wheel, increase the surface paper force and the contact with the preheater; replace the face paper;
2 Check the humidity of the paper.

Foaming on double-sided machine cardboard
Cause Analysis:
1 In some areas, there are less than 2 pastes on the conveyor belt;
3 The gap between the conveyor belts is too large;
4 Occurs when small corrugated;
There are fine lines on the 5 paper.
Solution
1 Check the glue system 2 Replace the conveyor belt 3 Eliminating the gap or using only one conveyor belt 4 Reduce the amount of starch to a minimum Increase the starch solids content Reduce heat to the first hot plate level, increase speed 5 Increase brake tension to increase face paper and preheater The contact between the cover and the part of the elastic wheel increases the face paper force and its contact with the preheater: replace the face paper.
Cardboard foaming at startup
After the single-faced machine was stopped for a period of time, a temporary non-circular appearance on the lower corrugating roller or pressure roller caused football-like blisters.
Cause Analysis:
1 Condensate is deposited in the lower corrugating roll or pressure roll;
2 When the vacuum system of the lower corrugating roll temperature is too low, or the vacuum chamber on the lower corrugating roll is used to obtain the vacuum effect, the lower corrugating roll is deformed.
Solution:
1 Check the siphon to see if there is condensate deposits in the steam drum; check the pressure difference between the steam inlet pipe and the return pipe, the minimum pressure during normal operation must not be less than 5 pounds per square inch;
2 Reduce the number of stoppages to the minimum; if the following method consumes less than when the lower corrugating roller is started under cooling, consider detaching the upper corrugating roller and the lower corrugating roller and making them idle while stopping the operation. If possible, reinstall the heated corrugating roller. Consider cutting the core paper and let the single-sided machine idle until it reaches an even temperature, then reinstall the core paper and start it.
