Australian market launches two-tier laminated snack bag

An innovative dual-chamber snack bag has opened up the Australian fast food market. Both the double-chamber insulation film and the snack bag rewind film are domestically produced and formed. This concept comes from European flexible packaging. The methods used to produce packaging locally are very different. Local regulations use metal ink coding and printing in six different colors.

In order to adapt to Breston's production characteristics, innovative use of nitrocellulose to change the metal ink system. The snack bag is extruded in layers of polyester/paper/aluminum foil and the inner film is bonded by a three-layer film. The surface of the snack bag can reverse the gravure version of 8 colors.
