Packaging materials made from herbs are expected to replace polyethylene plastic film

Recently, the U.S. Department of Agriculture introduced a new environmentally friendly food packaging material made from crushed herbs. It is reported that the packaging material may be able to replace the traditional polyethylene plastic film.

After testing by experts, the new packaging film can not only preserve food, but also improve the taste of bananas, apples and other fruits. Experts expect that in the near future, there will be more packaging materials made from various vegetables and fruits to market.
