ASB Launches PET Bottle Equipment for High-Speed ​​Injection-Filling One-Step Process

Japan's ASB Corporation introduced a PET bottle machine for high-speed injection-stretch-blow-step production. The on-site demonstration equipment is to produce 4 bottles of different shapes at a time, inject 8 bottles of preforms one at a time, and blow and stretch to make 4 different bottles. With a bottle volume of 300-350 mL, a single bottle weight of 18 g, and a cycle time of approximately 9 s, ASB also introduced a multi-layer (three-layer) injection-stretching bottle-forming machine with high barrier PET, and the middle layer was EVOH, PA, etc., have good oxygen barrier, ultraviolet radiation, and extended storage.
