Application process: working concentration 30%, network cable type 120 line 50μ, drying temperature 60°C, 70°C, 80°C, composite roller temperature 60°C, machine speed 100 M/MIN, compound pressure 4kB, curing temperature 40°C.
Test results and performance: Glue dry basis weight 1.97 g/M2, appearance is good, no white spots. (See Table 2)
Fourth, operation precautions:
1. Ketones or solvents containing ketone impurities cannot be used. Ketones and aldehydes in alcohol solvents cannot exceed the standard. (In line with national standards of a product).
2. If the device was previously using an ester-soluble polyurethane adhesive, before using the alcohol-soluble polyurethane adhesive series, apply ethyl ester to contact the roller with a roller, glue tank, scraper, glue circulation pump, etc. Scrub the place clean, and then wash it again with ethanol, you can use alcohol-soluble polyurethane adhesive. If long-term use of alcohol-soluble polyurethane adhesive products, as long as the car before driving, parking after cleaning can be.
3, the preparation sequence: first add the main agent, then add the solvent, stir evenly, then add curing agent, and finally stir evenly. The working concentration of the alcohol-soluble binder is generally 20% to 35%.
4. Residual glue: In principle, residual liquid can not be used again. If there is too much residual liquid, it shall be sealed and kept in a dark place after dilution. The next day's operation shall be used as a diluent, and a small amount shall be gradually added into the newly formulated glue (does not apply. High-quality or heat-resistant composite products). If turbidity, translucency, or thickening occurs, do not continue to use it.
5, composite film curing in the curing room can speed up the curing speed, but the aging temperature should not be too high, generally controlled within 45 °C, can also be natural aging.
