Hot Stamping Selection and Handling

Hot stamping is best made of red copper because red copper has better heat dissipation and heat transfer properties. It is a neutral material in metals. It is neither too soft nor too hard. It is not only easy to process, but also has a certain degree of elasticity. Print force is high, generally up to 50,000 prints.

Many domestic printers are still using zinc or aluminum to make hot stamps because of the low cost of zinc processing. Some small printers do not even know that there is a red hot stamping version. In fact, for a hot stamping version, the processing cost of the zinc plate is lower, but the zinc plate is too soft. The resistance force is only 5,000 to 6,000 India. More than 8,000 India, the zinc plate will be seriously deformed. The packaging and printing is generally more than tens of thousands of India, if you use the zinc version, you need to prepare more than one version at the same time, the plate-making fee is not enough to save, but the loading version is a waste of a lot of time.

The thickness of the hot stamping plate is also exquisite, and the general hot stamping paper is suitable. The thickness of the hot stamping plate is preferably 1 to 1.5 mm.

Hot stamping before use, first check the corrosion degree, look at the genuine light not only, not only the place to use a fine sandpaper to play a dozen; version of the back of the sandpaper used to grind grooves, in order to facilitate the machine sticky. When sticking, a 150 g/m2 coated paper should be sandwiched between the hot stamping plate and the bottom plate of the hot stamping machine. Both sides of the coated paper must be sanded with sandpaper, so that the hot stamped version is both strong and easy to use.
