Is there a requirement for the installation of a vibration tester? How to use? Some customers will ask whether the vibration tester can be placed and installed anywhere. Is there any special requirement? The answer is no, it is not adaptable in any venue. To this end, Haida engineers share the following requirements for vibration tester installation based on this issue:

    First, a reasonable installation:

    1 , the environment temperature and humidity conditions

    1 ) Ambient temperature requirement: 5 °C ~ 35 °C

    2 ) Relative humidity requirement: ≤ 85 % RH

    3 ) Ambient air pressure requirement: 86KPa ~ 106KPa

    4 ) Storage safety conditions: When the shaker is not working, keep the equipment's storage environment > 0 °C.

    2 , installation site, size requirements

    1 ) Bearing weight: Ground weight requirements for the site ≥ 350kg/ m2

    2 ) Channel requirements: According to the technical specifications, the size of the vibration table can pass.

    3 ) The site environment is flat and free from flammable and explosive corrosive gases and dust. There is no strong electromagnetic field or radiation source nearby.

    Two correct use:

    1 、The distribution must meet the requirements of the specification. Same as the input voltage specification, the bench body and the control box outer box must be grounded to ensure safety.

    2. Turn on the power, select the waveform as full wave, select the vibration direction (up, down, vertical), and finally adjust the test parameters.

    3, in order to allow the power amplifier module and the table body having a sufficient cooling time after the switch-off signal must be cooled after 7-10 minutes before disconnecting power amplifier leakage breaker.

    4. When working , do not place objects that are magnetic or unfriendly to magnets ( such as watches ) near the vibration generator .

    5. It is forbidden to close the control box and the microcomputer power supply before turning off the power amplifier . Otherwise , it will cause impact or even damage to the power amplifier and the vibration table.
