Solution:

Ink lines should not be too long. Adjust the length of the line from the manifold to the print cartridge to the best position.

â—‡ If the length of the ink line from the carriage to the print cartridge is too long, it will cause the ink lines to rub against the sides of the printer during printing. Should be withdrawn to the best length. The method is to pull out the power of the printer during the execution of the printing process, manually pull the ink cart to the far left and then to the right, and the ink line is minimized under the premise of guaranteeing the stroke of the ink carriage.

â—‡ If the length of the ink line to the print cartridge is too short, it will cause red light during printing. It should be adjusted to the optimal length according to the adjustment method of the previous step.

During the printing process, the friction between the ink supply line and the sides of the printer on both sides of the printer often occurs on the EPSON 780/790/810/820/830/C61 models. These models have the common features: The side is curved. Although finer and softer ink lines can be used to avoid this friction, fine and soft ink lines are prone to clogging and poor ink supply, and therefore do not meet the requirements of continuous ink supply systems. Our ink line has a high coefficient of friction, and its toughness, strength and pipe diameter are in full compliance with the design requirements of the international advanced continuous ink supply system. For this type of machine, in order to reduce the friction between the ink line and the edge of the case, the pipe frame can be attached to the bottom right of the printer.

When the adhesive on the piping rack is not firm, replace the new adhesive and paste it again.
