Temperature shock test chamber refrigeration unit sewage and leak detection steps

The operation steps of the sewage impact test chamber refrigeration unit for sewage discharge and leak detection are as follows:

1. Connect the pressure reducing valve to the nitrogen bottle, and connect the nitrogen bottle pressure reducing valve with the system ammonia valve with a nitrogen tube;

2. Open all valves in the system except the valves that connect to the atmosphere;

3. Open the ammonia-adding valve and the nitrogen valve, and fill the system with nitrogen to the low-pressure part of the test pressure;

4. Close the ammonia-adding valve and the nitrogen valve, and use a brush to stain the soap, water or detergent to all the joints, pipe joints, flanges, valves, etc., and seal the joints for leak detection;

5, find the leak point, mark the mark, find a batch of leak points, the temperature shock test chamber laboratory operator is located in the safe position of the sewage operation to unscrew the lower part of the low-pressure circulating liquid reservoir (or gas-liquid separator) , discharge and release nitrogen;

6. To make up the leak, screw on the screw plug of the low-pressure circulating liquid reservoir (or gas-liquid separator), refill with nitrogen, and the operator is in the safe position of the blowdown operation to unscrew the screw plug in the lower part of the intercooler, draining and releasing nitrogen;

7. Repeat the previous two steps until there are no leaks;

8. Close the low pressure circulating liquid reservoir (or gas-liquid separator) inlet valve and drain valve, close the drain bucket outlet valve and drain valve, compressor suction valve and drain valve, and fill the system with nitrogen to High pressure part test pressure;

9. In the high-pressure part of the temperature shock test chamber, check the leak, find the leak point, mark the mark, find out a batch of leak points, the operator is in the safe position of the blowdown operation, unscrew the screw plug at the lower part of the drain bucket, discharge and discharge Nitrogen

10. Make up the leak, screw on the screw plug of the drain barrel, refill with nitrogen, and the operator of the temperature impact test box is located at the safe position of the blowdown operation to unscrew the screw plug at the lower part of the high pressure reservoir, draining and releasing nitrogen;

11. Repeat the previous two steps until there are no leaks.

Thermal Labels

Thermal label paper is a paper material treated with a high thermal sensitivity heat-sensitive coating. The high-sensitivity surface material can be used for low-voltage print heads, so the wear on the print head is minimal.

Thermal paper is a kind of thermal paper used in electronic scales and cash registers. The easiest way to test thermal paper is to use your fingernail to scratch the paper, leaving a black scratch. Thermal paper is suitable for cold storage, freezer and other shelf signs, and its size is mostly fixed in the standard of 40mmX60mm.

Thermal paper is a printing paper specially used for thermal printers and thermal fax machines. Its quality directly affects the print quality and storage time, and even affects the service life of printers and fax machines.

The material is non-waterproof, non-oilproof, and tearable. It is mostly used in supermarket electronic scale labels, chemical laboratories, etc. The product is suitable for embossing, offset printing and flexographic printing. The yellow plastic-coated bottom paper has good flatness, and has good strength when die-cutting on flat or round press equipment. Under the adapted environment, this product can be used for automatic labeling, but it is common for end users and printing plants. It is advisable to use it after the test; the glassine paper is used for printing from roll to roll; the yellow color paper is used for printing from roll to sheet and sheet to sheet.
