The EVA Mat Character :
Water resistance : Sealing foam structure, non absorbent, damp proof, good resistance to water .
Corrosion resistance : To prevent chemical corrosion , like sea water , oil , acid , alkali and so on .
Processability : non-joint , it is easy to hot pressing, cutting, coating and fit closely .
Shockproof : It has good resilience , high toughness and good buffer function .
Heat preservation : Good insulation, cold and low temperature resistance.
Environmental protection : No peculiar smell and non-pollution.
 
About smell :
All the materials are meet the environmental standards . Because we will packing the mat immediately after make ,it will have a little normal smell . You just need to dry the mat in ventilation after washing by clean water , the smell will dispersed .
About size :
The size of the mat will be slightly error because of foaming and measure .We recommend that you use vernier caliper to measure . If use tape or ordinary ruler , please fold the mats together to measure , the data will be more accurate .The normal error is less or more than 0.2cm .
About color and bubble:
The mat is formed by high temperature disposable foaming , so it is hard to avoid the existence of bubbles and chromatic aberration , which does not affect the normal use

(1)  Can you supply samples to check the quality?
Yes, we can supply samples to check the colors and quality, but new clients should pay the shipping cost themselves.
 
(2)  Are your products ready-stock or custom?
We have ready-stock for over-produced designs only but we mainly accept the custom order.
 
(3)  Can you keep privacy of our own designs?
Yes, we always sign an agreements with our clients to keep the privacy of their own designs.
 
(4)  What is your payment term?
We accept TT . Normally 30% deposit and the balance against the copy of B/L.
 
(5)  Do you accept the third party inspections?
Yes. We accept all kinds inspections because we have confidence always in our quality.
 
(6)  Do you charge sample fee for custom design?
Yes, definitely. But we will refund the sample fee after you place bulk order with us.
