Judgment: When all parts of the POS cash register are connected and powered, the cash register interface can be seen to be powered but shows no signal output. At this time, regardless of whether the cash register sends an abnormal alarm sound, it is judged as The POS cash register is not lit.
Cause: The main possibility of this fault is that the plug-in is not plugged in or the short-circuit of the cash register main board or the main components are damaged, causing the main circuit to be short-circuited.
(2) The customer display cannot be displayed:
Judgment: The customer display suddenly cannot be displayed, and it can be determined that the customer display is faulty.
The cause of the failure: customer display aging, program changes, host interface damage, COM3 port damage.
Inspection method: Connect the customer display to the cash register that can be displayed normally. Check whether it can be displayed normally. If it can display normally, replace the host interface and COM3 port one by one. If there is no fault in hardware replacement, check the program. At present, in addition to the postal warranty equipment, the hardware of the customer display screen is not repaired.
(3) POS cash register time error:
Judgment: When the time displayed by the POS cash register in the normal collection state is inconsistent with the normal time, the time error of the machine can be determined.
The cause of the failure: The cash register is powered on by the SCO server, the cash register is single, and the program is wrong.
Inspection method: Firstly, when the cash register time is wrong, the cash register will be restarted into the collection system immediately. If the time is still wrong, check whether it is a single machine. For example, the single machine can refer to (1), in section 1 about the cash register single machine. The method is checked; if it is in a networked state, it can be determined as a program failure, and at this time, the time when the CMOS is modified by the CMOS can be entered.
The specific method is as follows: connect the PC keyboard to the cash register, press the DELETE button at the beginning to enter the CMOS settings, select the first file, move the cursor to DATE and TIME, use the PAGE UP or PAGE DOWN button to modify the content to the correct date and time.
