This is mainly manifested in two aspects: First, the user company puts forward the requirements for packaging inspection, and second, the user puts forward the requirements for integrated service.

Demand for testing of transport packaging by user companies is soaring

Nowadays, more and more user companies begin to use professional inspection instruments and standard inspection methods to test the packaging of products. The authoritative test results are used to measure whether the overall performance of the packaging is in line with the requirements of the products for packaging. In particular, large-scale user companies are very satisfied with the method of packaging inspection, and many companies are already conducting strict inspections. Some companies and the China Packaging Research and Testing Center have been fixed partners for many years, and all the external packagings are undergoing professional testing here. Some companies have only selected and tested some of the items although they did not use all the external packaging for testing. However, because he had tasted the "sweetness" of the test, he decided to conduct more tests.

Relevant person in charge of the China Packaging Research and Testing Center told reporters that the number of companies that have gone to their centers for packaging inspections has increased year by year, which also reflects the increase in users’ recognition of packaging inspections. The user companies attending the forum, whether they have previously performed packaging inspections or are preparing for testing, have all shown strong interest in packaging testing, such as GE, Lenovo, Yili, Meike International Furniture, Midea, Bo Xihua Refrigeration and other large companies have very high enthusiasm.

Carton companies actively involved in inspection work

The detection of packaging can be divided into two situations. One is the traditional method, that is, only testing the product packaging, and using the data of its physical indicators to determine whether the quality of the packaging box is passed. Another method is to put the product into the packaging container and inspect the whole package. After the entire testing process is completed, whether the packaging design is reasonable is determined by whether the product is damaged or not. Nowadays, more and more companies pay more attention to this method. Applied to the actual work, because they realized that only after testing the whole package can we finally judge whether the package is a reasonable package.

In the past, the inspection of the whole package was basically completed by the user companies themselves. Now, the carton companies have also begun to realize the importance of testing for the transport package design and actively involved in the improvement of package inspection and packaging. More than 20 packaging companies participated in the meeting. Their purpose is to understand the new measures of the user companies in packaging testing in order to provide corresponding services.

At this meeting, user companies have expressed their hope that carton companies can issue third-party certificates for the entire package professional so that they can better understand the performance of the package. In the past, whether the transportation packaging design was reasonable and whether the packaging cost of the users had been reduced to a minimum, packaging companies seldom intervened, and simply produced according to the requirements of users. Nowadays, with the increasing emphasis on detection by users, packaging companies must actively participate in the inspection work. They can no longer produce cartons as they once did. Carton companies and users together analyze the performance of packaging, jointly optimize the packaging structure of the product, and provide more suitable for the user's packaging, has become the premise to win customer orders.
