Offset printing machine fan

Beiren Group's J2108B single-color offset press has a set of paper-receiving fans on the paper feeder, which consists of 8 flat fans and 4 electric pressure regulators. The fan blades of the flat fan have a diameter of 144mm, a power of 38W (220V), and a total power of 8 flat fans is 304W.

When we used this machine for more than a year, half of the fans did not work properly, or the bearings were bitten or the coils were burnt out. The electronic regulator was also damaged by two, even if the fan could be used in an electric adjustment. Under pressure control, one turns faster, the other turns slowly, and the wind pressure is not uniform. If it is repaired as it is, the fan's coil cannot be repaired and the new price is too expensive. The electronic regulator is fully enclosed and cannot be repaired at all. In the market, each electronic regulator charges up to 170 yuan.

I used an ordinary exhaust fan to transform this device and achieved good results. The fan is a 300mm exhaust fan produced by Nanning. The power is 55W (220V). The governor is a single-phase regulator. The total price of the two parts is only 200 yuan and the total power consumption is reduced from the original 304W to 55W. It can be steplessly speed-regulated, and the wind pressure is also very uniform. It took more than one year without any breakdown. It is easy to maintain and economical and durable.
