Hot-filling PET bottle molding process

The process of hot filling PET bottles is based on the process of cold filling PET bottles. Due to the special requirements of hot-filled PET, the one-step and two-step molding processes are no longer consistent. There are special requirements for the mouth of hot-filled PET bottles. The one-step method requires the bottle mouths to be treated accordingly. The two-step method requires only that the reheating be carried out before processing. In general, if the bottle mouth material is PC, it can be formed by one-step method and two-step method. After the bottle is molded, the bottle can be molded first, then the insert injection method can be used, or the co-injection method can be used to produce the bottle preform with no shrinkage. : If PET and resin are both used for the bottle mouth and the bottle body, it can only be processed in two steps (here the two-step method is inconsistent with the definition of the two-step method for cold filling PET bottles, but it is only used because there are two steps here. The crystallographic shape of the bottle of the hot-filled PET bottle produced by the method is completed on a separate machine). The one-step production process flow for hot-filling PET bottles is: PET resin→drying→co-injection molding or insert molding blanks→bulb temperature adjustment→stretch blow molding→high temperature heat setting→cooling shaping→product removal→finished products. For the two-step method, if the billet generated by the above-mentioned one-step method is used, the flow is basically the same as that of the one-step method; however, if the PET bottle resin of the same kind is used for the bottle body, the process is: PET resin→dry→ Crystallization of the bottle mouth → Reheating of the tube blank → Stretch blow molding → High temperature heat setting → Cooling shaping → Product removal → Finished product. This is also the method used for hot filling PET bottles.
