Chipper's Chip Pack

Thanks to the professional printing technology of digital photopolymer plates, Safeway's Original and Chunky Treasure Chips chocolate chip cookies package added another honor to the Printpack company, which has received a number of silver awards. Printback processed a 1.2 mil shiny PP bag and processed it into 70-ga metallized PP with 10# opaque white LDPE. With the use of plates produced by Matthews of Pittsburgh, as well as precise 6-color flexo printing registration, smooth gradients and shadows, the prints have a clear appearance. Reel maps and cookies decorate the print clearly, sharpness, detail, and so on, making them look real, appetizing and coveted. The pattern, whether blue or chocolate brown, depends on the flavor of the cookie. The pattern was designed by Watt Design Group.
