Card head filling machine

The MRD 1010/1020 Rotary Filling and Sealing Machine developed to meet the needs of low-to-medium production plants can fill up to 7,200 containers per hour. The machine is well suited as a stand-alone device and equipped with servo technology to meet precise and flexible filling requirements. The clamping system inherited from the MLD series of models ensures the safe operation of the chuck. The bead-inserting station allows the dispersed mixed beads to be suspended. The filling process using the company's original rotary valve piston pump has two steps. The whole process begins with pre-filling, and then the system fills the entire container again. The optional time-pressure filling system can be combined with another optional inductive filling system. The laser sensor can detect the ideal filling condition to avoid spillage of the contents.
