Mold mounting equipment and paper feeder

The new product introduced by Kecker Hycorr in the US for the corrugated box industry is the Jet Set mold quick installation and replacement system, which ensures the production efficiency and ease of use of the die cutting machine. The operator simply completes the air valve, rotates the switch and ejects the latch. The template is then placed on the mold cartridge and the latch is locked in place.

Another new product is the Hycorr feeder - designed and manufactured by the company's engineers. This feeder actually consists of a component-driven feed roller. When not acting on the paperboard, the feed roller is stationary and can quickly accelerate to the speed of the machine. When the bottom roller anvil pad wears deeper or breaks open abruptly, the anvil pad can be quickly and easily replaced. The feed roller on the shaft gives better support to the board and eliminates possible slipping or skewing of the board. The modular design of the machine allows the carton factory to have more flexibility in purchasing original equipment, and there are selective upgrades and upgrades according to future business development needs. For example, the carton factory can add an additional process color set or a vacuum transport partition to the original production line. It is also possible to add zone-controlled infrared drying devices on the partitions.
