Nowadays, most of the clothing dealers sell "brand" clothing and "trade clothing" are fakes. It is not that the goods in large shopping malls are necessarily genuine, because with the further deepening of the market economy, the number of self-employed individuals in large shopping malls has gradually increased, and the goods that are in their operation channels cannot be managed. It is understood that operating "brand-name" or "foreign trade" goods is very easy to make money.

According to friends, at present she mainly manages the world's top "brand name" bags, all of which are imitations. Most of her supply comes from Shenzhen, and some of the sources of supply come from Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Fujian. Because she has a good grasp of market conditions, the number of different styles is limited to 3 pieces at the time of purchase. Each bag is priced at 200 to 300 yuan, and it will soon be sold for around 3,000 yuan. According to her, the supply of "boutique" shops and "clothing for foreign trade" stores across the country is almost always picked from the Shenzhen wholesale market, and a brand name can be changed. Take foreign trade clothing in terms of the number of genuine goods is very small, that is, the price will never be cheap. The trademarks of these fake foreign trade garments are mostly printed by dealers privately in Jiangsu and Zhejiang; some are pictures or samples of foreign brand-name clothing, and domestic garment manufacturers are batch-inspired; others are domestic garment enterprises. Afterwards, buy low-grade fabrics, do a batch of original patterns, and then wholesale them to domestic operators at low prices. After the operators have affixed various "brand-name" trademarks, they will flow to the market. Such garments cannot be guaranteed in terms of quality and hygiene, and cannot be compared with authentic “brand” garments.

The "export-to-export" commodities in the initial period of reform and opening up mainly refer to products processed or ordered by a foreign operator in a certain domestic company. Their products are several grades higher than domestic products in terms of quality and style. . Therefore, it is deeply favored by consumers. Nowadays, foreign trade clothing stores are everywhere, but are used by merchants to attract customers. At present, the management of foreign brands and fabrics for processing garments in China is very strict. The number of trademarks for a batch of orders is basically the same as the number of processed garments. The more top-brand clothing, the more stringent the management of its trademarks, and some of the top garments are issued by the representative of the company that supervises the loading of the goods, even when the goods are about to be loaded off the shore, in order to strictly restrict the use of genuine trademarks. Quantity. In addition, in the fabric of the garments, the garments that are processed by the incoming materials generally cannot leave the fabrics, and even if there are only a few, there will not be a large amount of surplus. So it seems impossible to have a large amount of foreign trade returns. The reason for unqualified products may be that the quality of the products is not enough, even if the harmful substances exceed the standards and foreign companies do not accept them, then the entire batch of foreign trade goods will flow to the market. Even so, foreign companies will require the trademark to be cut before the goods flow to the market, or else it will be infringed. If it is found by the law enforcement authorities, it will also be confiscated and fined. Can such foreign trade clothing consumers still accept it?

Now many people buy clothes, as long as the style quality is satisfactory, spending more money is not very concerned. However, if you have spent a high price on bad clothes but have nowhere to go, you are very annoyed.

3 rectify business order and regulate the packaging market

In order to safeguard the interests of the vast number of consumers, government departments should increase management efforts and rectify the business order in the market. The quality and technical supervision departments of all localities should make detailed efforts to thoroughly inspect and inspect the quality and purchase channels of “foreign trade clothing”, and provide good access to the market to provide consumers and operators with various types of product quality consulting and technical inspection services. . After joining the WTO, the quality of packaging products is the same as other product quality, and it is the passport for the international market. In order to standardize the quality, safety and hygiene of various types of packaging, trademark printing departments should abide by the rules and regulations. When printing a trademark, the counterparty must be required to issue detailed information such as a trademark registration certificate, production license, and business license to prevent illegal printing!
