Tri-Light CTS is simple, easy to operate, and the entire exposure process - from vacuum (normal screen) to screen exposure and vacuum release, can be completed with a single keystroke.

Tri-Light CTS has two methods for screen exposure. Two external locking devices allow traditional printing glass to closely contact the vacuum blanket and can handle screens up to 132 cm × 152 cm. The central locking mechanism bypasses the glass and vacuum, allowing the adjustable CTS bracket system to expose the computer-generated film directly to light, so that the image produced by the contact of the film plate with the glass is free of blur and distortion. Using traditional film plates, NuA rc's unique multi-pass system ensures that all sides of the blanket are evacuated to close contact. The computerization and program control of N u A rc guarantees vacuum duration and light output compensation accuracy. Exposure with NuArc's multi-spectrum metal halide lamp at 631°C, at 1 kW is inactive, operators can choose to adjust to 6 kW, 3 kW and 1 kW, if necessary, 3 kW and 1 kW can slow down the exposure, can also Make Tri-Light's ability to adapt to future emulsion formulations. Another feature of Tri-Light CTS is Nu A rc's unique proportional temperature control (PTC) that continuously monitors the lamp temperature, turns the cooling fan on or off, and maintains exposure at the optimum operating temperature. The Tri-Light CTS can be installed in the room where the unexposed film version is stored because the light source and the vacuum platen are completely enclosed and the exposure lamp cannot be turned on when the blanket is opened.
