A CBQ800 automatic punching machine printing process failure analysis

A CBQ800 automatic label punching machine was previously idle due to its slow operation speed and low work efficiency. Nowadays, a new production line for aluminum foil caps is required. This type of punching machine is required. As a result, the idler has been reinstalled and overhauled. The operation found that the reciprocating motion of the punching frame is not stable, and the four guiding columns have a chattering phenomenon.

With regard to this failure phenomenon, combined with the analysis of the schematic drawings of the specification, it is considered that the problem may lie in the following two parts:

(1) Mechanical part: The lack of lubricating oil in the four guide columns causes the column to move unevenly.
(2) Hydraulic section: The oil circuit is blocked or the main circuit is not open.

Because the mechanical part of this equipment is very simple, it starts with the mechanical part. First of all, clean the mechanical parts, especially to wipe the surface of the reciprocating motion of the four guide posts, and then carefully inspect them and find no places that are worn or rusted. Afterwards, use a hand-operated oil gun to refuel the four guide bearing holes in the rack. Manually operate so that after reciprocating several times back and forth, add a lubricant to the above parts so that the lubricant can fully infiltrate the guide bearing. Then run the machine and the fault does not disappear.

Then analyze the hydraulic section. According to the analysis of hydraulic schematics, there may be four reasons:

(1) The hydraulic fluid level in the tank is within the specified height range.
(2) The No. 7 relief valve is clogged or damaged.
(3) The oil filter inlet of the pump is blocked.
(4) No. 11 one-way throttle valve is normal.

After checking, testing, and eliminating the reasons for the first three aspects, it is basically possible to conclude that the problem lies with No. 11 one-way throttle valve. Then, through the computer touch screen in order to select [work], [continuous mode], so that punch punching, slowly adjust the 11th wide throttle valve. The method is as follows: Rotate the adjusting knob clockwise to slowly close the one-way throttle valve and find that the guiding column is more vibrating. Then, by turning the adjustment knob counterclockwise, the one-way throttle valve is slowly opened and the phenomenon of trembling of the guide pillar is found to weaken until it disappears. After repeated operations, no such phenomenon occurs. This proves that the problem lies here.
