MZD-50 cotton seed quantitative packaging machine was successfully developed

On February 11th, Handan Science and Technology Bureau organized relevant experts to carry out scientific and technological achievements appraisal on Guzhen's optional project of MZD-50 Cottonseed Quantitative Packing Machine for Anhui Tianyuan Cotton Machinery Automation Research Institute. Experts at the meeting listened to the report of the project team, reviewed the appraisal data, and passed the on-site inspection, questioning and discussion, and passed the appraisal of scientific and technological achievements.

The expert group believes that the “MZD-50 Cottonseed Quantitative Packaging Machine” developed by the project team has completely independent intellectual property rights. To meet the specific performance requirements of cottonseed packaging, a number of optimized designs have been implemented on its structure and control system: Microprocessor, variable frequency speed regulation, high-precision load sensors and data acquisition technology have realized automatic control of feeding, weighing and loading of cottonseed, and have the functions of displaying and storing data. The overall design, compact structure, occupying less space, easy installation and maintenance. After testing by the National Industrial Packaging Machinery Product Quality Supervision and Testing Center, the major performance indicators have reached the national standard requirements, and are used by users and reflect well. The expert group unanimously held that the MZD-50 type cotton seed quantitative packaging machine fills the gap of China's cotton seed quantitative packaging equipment, realizes the mechanization and automation of the cotton seed weighing and packaging process on the ginning production line, and improves the automation level of the domestic ginning production line. Further optimize the manufacturing process, form mass production as soon as possible and speed up the promotion and application.
