On May 11th, the acceptance meeting of the 863 project on the topic of optoelectronic information and special functions in the field of new materials was held at the Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The High-Tech Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology organized technical experts in related fields to conduct technical acceptance on 7 topics undertaken by the Semiconductors of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

During the meeting, the expert group conducted an on-site inspection of the subject and formed an acceptance conclusion. The acceptance materials for 7 subjects in this acceptance are complete and complete, which meets the acceptance requirements and has a very high standard. The technical indicators of the research content of the subject were successfully completed (partially over-fulfilled) and the relevant requirements of the mission statement were fulfilled. The research results of the subject have been unanimously approved by all experts.
