In addition, the ink can also be printed on a solvent-resistant material to achieve a mirror effect. This ink uses a special resin and is a single-liquid evaporative drying ink. It can be printed on the back of smooth and transparent plastic materials such as PC, PVC and other materials to produce a mirror effect, but also has a metallic luster.
The ink uses high-brightness special aluminum pigments, bright color. The ink has good viscosity and printability. In order to improve the operability of the ink, 5% of special thinner can be added. The screen used for printing is preferably a screen with a mesh size of 250-300 mesh and a scraper with a hardness of 80. The ink can be dried at room temperature. In order to increase printing brightness, forced drying can also be performed at 50 to 60°C.
