Lu Tao, 44, has been working in the field of plush toys for 24 years. In 1989, after graduating from high school, Lu Tao, 20, was hired to work as a workshop worker in a foreign toy factory. In 2008, Lu Tao finally ushered in a career turnaround. At that time, there was an aquarium that wanted to sell marine plush toys in the museum. When the relevant person in charge of the aquarium found Lu Tao, he did not provide samples as immediately as other toy factories. Instead, he asked the person in charge to provide sample customization fees according to the style of the foreign company. Unexpectedly, his bullishness caused the interest of the person in charge, and the other party delivered a custom fee. Lu Tao also tailored the exquisite sample for the aquarium according to the agreed time, and finally won the bid. Then the aquariums in Qingdao and other places also came to visit him to cooperate with him. At one time, 70% of Lutao Toys' factory business came from the Aquarium, and he also became the largest aquarium toy supplier in the country.
