**Steps**
**Vacuum**
After turning on the vacuum pump, if the vacuum cannot be achieved, check whether the bottle's mouth is properly sealed, whether the vacuum pump itself has leaks, or if the sealing ring at the shaft is intact. Adding an external vacuum switch can help improve the recovery rate and evaporation speed.
**Feeding**
Using the system’s vacuum negative pressure, liquid material can be drawn into the rotating flask through a hose at the feeding port. Ensure the liquid does not exceed half the volume of the flask. Continuous feeding is possible, but care must be taken during the process: 1. Turn off the vacuum pump, 2. Stop heating, 3. After evaporation stops, slowly open the tube cock to prevent backflow.
**Heating**
The instrument is equipped with a specially designed water bath, which must be filled with water before being powered on. The temperature control range is 0–99°C, but due to thermal inertia, the actual water temperature may be about 2°C higher than the set value. Adjustments can be made based on usage. For optimal performance, maintain the water level at 1/3–1/2 of the tank. Always use the connector to remove the power plug when necessary.
**Rotation**
Turn on the electrical box switch and adjust the knob to achieve the best evaporation speed. Be cautious to avoid water bath fluctuations and ensure the cooling water is running.
**Recycling Solvent**
First, open the feed switch to release any pressure, then turn off the vacuum pump and remove the solvent from the collection bottle.
