This series of backlit diffuser (BLD) has a unique optically transparent hard coating, which can effectively enhance the optical performance of liquid crystal display, giving you higher brightness and uniformity, and at the same time ensuring that the light absorption rate is less than 1%.
BLD series diffuser can provide different thickness, haze and transmittance according to the needs, so as to meet the requirements of the upper diffuser and the lower diffuser respectively in different occasions. The unique coating technology of MacDermid Autotype makes this series of diffuser particularly suitable for use as ultra-thin diffuser for high-end color screen mobile phones and other handheld electronic devices.
The diffusion sheet is used in the LCD display module, and it plays a role of increasing the uniformity of the display while ensuring that there is sufficient light transmission. However, many diffusion sheets have so far used diffused particles plus a fixed filler structure to meet the specified requirements. This structure may affect its optical properties because the light scattered and absorbed reduces its transmittance and uniformity.
Correspondingly, the new MacDermid Autotype diffuser uses a PET optical substrate that is mechanically stable and highly transparent. The reverse nano-anti-Newton coating can effectively reduce the appearance of Newton rings. The unique structure of the front diffusion coating can effectively resist chemical and physical damage while maintaining excellent optical performance. For example, the diffuser allows 92% of the optics to pass directly while maintaining good color balance and uniformity.
