DaployTM WB260-HMS PP can be used in high performance soft foam products such as car seats, shock absorbers, sports shoes and protective packaging. DaployTM WB260-HMS PP represents a breakthrough in high melt strength polypropylene. It has excellent temperature resistance and chemical resistance, at the same time, it has the outstanding softness that foams made with traditional HMS PP do not have, and its foaming materials are all recyclable.
The current mainstream material in the foam market is still polyurethane, polyethylene and polyvinyl chloride, while DaployTM WB260-HMS polypropylene is more competitive than them and can make designers in the automotive, sports/leisure, furniture and packaging industries. And original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) can customize foam products for their customers.
Most of the current PP foam applications are based on standard HMS-PP and metallocene polyethylene, thermoplastic polyolefin elastomers and vinyl acetate blends, but now only use DaboloyTM WB260HMS as a material, or It is mixed with other grades of PP to obtain pure PP products, thus avoiding the troublesome mixing process. As a result, processors can use DaployTM WB260-HMS more economically to produce closed cell foam polypropylene products with densities as low as 30kg/m3, which is not available in other polymer products on the market.
