Elba Launches New SA99BS Automatic Welding Machine

Over the years, as the shopping bag market has been facing difficulties, especially in the super market, faced with environmental pressure, and with the import of a large number of bags from China, the ability of Italian manufacturers to produce such products has been greatly reduced.

Based on this analysis, Elba adopted a new market strategy of custom-made shopping bags, expanded its mechanical product line, and launched the new SA99BS automatic welding machine. This is the ideal equipment for the production of monorail or dual rail quality shopping bags, suitable for small and medium production.

From the point of view of innovation, the aircraft meets the requirements in terms of reliability, strength, and functionality, and can produce products that can meet different needs of different markets, and are of high quality and easy to use. The machine components include: automatic decoiling machine, pillar folding unit, automatic bag making machine, central part (equipped with overlapping pins), double hot-melt welding rods, hydraulic punching device (with exchangeable blades up to 450 mm in size) and Collection table. Finally, the machine can also be equipped with a bottom welding set to produce open bags.

In order to save manpower and reduce production costs, SA90EV and SA90HSP bag-making machines are equipped with a new multi-track automatic packaging system. The SB and RB Autopack automatic packaging systems are the latest generation of shopping bag production and packaging systems on the market. The features of the system include advanced technology, continuous production, easy management of the production line, and high reliability of components, and can be matched with the square shopping bag making machine (SB) and the rectangular shopping bag making machine (RB).
