Established in the late 1990s, it started as a printing center and officially opened its doors as Jinan Wenda Printing Co., Ltd. in 2010. With an annual output value exceeding 30 million yuan, the company has built a strong relationship with Liaoning Dazu Guanhua Printing Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Dazu Guanhuaâ€), one of the leading players in the printing equipment industry.
Wenda Printing has consistently chosen Dazu Guanhua's equipment for its reliability, quality, and performance. Over the years, the company has introduced several large-scale printing machines from Dazu Guanhua, each time reinforcing their trust in the brand. To learn more about the journey of Wenda Printing and its long-term partnership with Dazu Guanhua, we had the privilege of interviewing Li Changyi, the general manager of Wenda Printing. Below, he shares the story behind the success of the company and its deep connection with the Guanhua family.
**Boutique comes from high-end equipment**
Although Wenda Printing was only established for over four years, it has been deeply involved in the printing industry for many years, often regarded as a pioneer in the field. In the early days, when the company was still known as the printing and printing center, it began to build a relationship with Dazu Guanhua.
In 2007, due to business expansion, Wenda Printing needed to purchase new printing equipment. At that time, small offset presses were popular, and their main business was single-page printing. They decided to invest in a small offset press, prioritizing brand reputation and quality over price. This decision led them to Dazu Guanhua, which was already recognized for its reliable and high-quality equipment.
“Dazu Guanhua is a leader in the domestic printing machine industry and started with small offset presses. Their brand is well-respected by customers. Using Dazu Guanhua’s equipment helped us gain customer trust and strengthen our competitiveness during bidding processes,†said Li. In October 2007, Wenda Printing introduced its first Dazu Guanhua machine: the GH524 six-color commercial printing press. This marked the beginning of a long and successful partnership.
The GH524 model proved to be a game-changer. It could print up to 12,000 sheets per hour, featuring high-precision helical gear transmission, positive-pressure lubrication, and a PLC control system for stability and reliability. The machine also offered smooth paper transfer and high-speed continuous feeding, making it ideal for various paper types. Li praised the machine, saying, “The GH524 is a classic model from Dazu Guanhua. Its low cost, high efficiency, and quality ensured our product standards and production cycle.â€
By 2009, the GH524 had proven its worth, with almost zero downtime. Even minor issues were quickly resolved by Dazu Guanhua’s after-sales team, ensuring no delays in production. Encouraged by this performance, Wenda Printing expanded further, introducing another Dazu Guanhua GH564 in March 2009. “Dazu Guanhua truly understands the needs of users. They help analyze the market, choose suitable equipment, provide thorough training, and offer 24/7 support. How can we not continue working with them?†asked Li.
As the partnership grew, so did Wenda Printing’s business. By 2010, they added the GH664D high-end four-color press, and in 2013, they brought in the Shouyuan S924 four-color offset press. In 2012, Dazu Guanhua acquired Ebara and entered the high-end large-format printing market. Many questioned whether Dazu Guanhua could maintain quality after the acquisition, but Wenda Printing chose to believe in the brand. “We rely on Dazu Guanhua because we need high-end equipment to stay competitive, and foreign brands are often seen as more trustworthy. Plus, after years of collaboration, we know their products and services are reliable,†said Li.
**Development based on honesty**
Beyond top-tier equipment, Wenda Printing places great emphasis on corporate integrity. “Integrity is the core of our business,†said Li. “Many companies cut corners to save costs, using inferior materials or reducing paper quantities. But we never do that. We stick to the principle of 'quality first, price second.'†This philosophy, combined with the stable performance of Dazu Guanhua’s machines and excellent after-sales service, allows Wenda Printing to deliver high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective results, earning the trust of its clients.
