Our company has an offset press of this type. Recently, such a failure phenomenon suddenly appeared in printing: the speed of the machine during high-speed printing suddenly slowed down significantly. The operator immediately stopped after discovering this abnormal situation, and then the machine could not be jogged. , The machine can not rotate by manual forward or reverse shaking, there is obvious sense of resistance. We estimate which part of the machine must be stuck, and then carefully inspected the rotating parts that can be observed one by one, but failed to find the damage or stuck parts of the machine. After careful analysis, we estimated which roller shaft head may be stuck, so we first removed each roller bearing of the operation surface for inspection, and found no expansion or damage to the roller shaft, bearing and bearing. Next, we also opened the cover of the transmission surface and inspected it. Finally, we found that a linkage shaft that drives the roller of the lower color group for clutch pressure and the two positioning pins connecting the arm parts were broken, making the lower color group One side of the drum is under pressure, and the other side is in a half-pressure state, resulting in a large resistance of the machine and it cannot operate normally. We carefully pondered that there must be other reasons for the complete breakage of the two positioning pins of the shaft. Therefore, we also removed the roller bearing of the lower color group here, and it was found that there was a lack of oil in the shaft head, so that the turning resistance was increased and it was reflected to the linkage shaft and the connecting arm parts, which made the load too heavy. Twist the positioning pin. This failure was originally caused by a clogged oil pipe on the drum shaft. In this regard, we cleaned the blockage of the oil pipe, and at the same time, broke the linkage shaft and the broken pin on the connecting arm component, reinstalled two new positioning pins, and installed the roller bush and other removed components to reset Afterwards, there was no longer any jamming when the machine was shaken manually, and the electric operation of the machine immediately returned to normal.

The troubleshooting of the above gives the author a profound enlightenment. Various faults can occur during the printing process.
