Surface profiler:
Surface profilometers include analog and digital models. The contour can be measured after "zeroing", and the instrument records the value from the peak to the bottom. Digital instruments minimize intermediate errors in readings, and make measurements quickly and accurately. The memory type can store readings and then download them to the computer via Bluetooth wireless technology.
Surface roughness tester:
With a stylus connected to the boom, the boom automatically moves on the surface, recording and measuring contours. The instrument is very suitable for testing in the production process as part of quality control.
