1. How to solve the problem of flat screen imprint in fabric printing

Reason: The color rate of the screen frame is too deep; the frame frame is not properly glued; the color paste viscosity is too low.

Solution:

Reasons: The density of the manuscript is not enough; the improper operation of the flat screen plate making; the quality of the printing paste.

Solution:

Manuscripts are currently produced on a computer. The graphic pattern of the manuscript to the higher the black density, the better the shading effect. If the blackness is not enough, the shading effect is worse, the ultraviolet light is easy to pass through, and it will cause a jam. The gray haze of the manuscript is lower. Done, it is easy to cause overexposure time and blockage.

Improper development and curing operation of flat screen platemaking will lead to plugging. When developing, it should be considered that the ultraviolet light is transferred from the printing surface of the screen to the printing surface. The printing surface has sufficient light and can be rinsed with high pressure water. Significantly tender, the residual slurry of pressureless water slurry should be used for washing when washing to avoid the residual slurry blocking the mesh. Before curing, double exposure should be carried out to make the adhesive layer fully photosensitive and then coated with curing agent.

Solution:

4. The causes of the sharp corners of the pattern becoming rounded and the loss of small dots

As the paste gradually thickens during the printing of the picture book, making it less fluid, the pressure of the squeegee must be increased when passing through the mesh to pass through the mesh, but the edge of the screen pattern is supported by the photosensitive glue.
