1 Overview

This product is manufactured in accordance with the provisions of the People's Republic of China National Standard GB/T4851-1998 and is applicable to pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes and other products for holding tack test tests.

1.1 Working principle: The test board with the sample attached is hung vertically on the test rack, and the weight of the specified weight is hung at the lower end. The displacement of the sample after a certain period of time is measured or the time required for the sample to completely separate from the weight is determined. The adhesive tape is resistant to pull off.

1.2 Instrument Structure: It is mainly composed of timing mechanism, test plate, loading plate, weight, frame and standard pressure roller.

2 Operation method

2.1 Place the instrument horizontally, turn on the power switch, and place the weight in the slot below the hanger.

2.2 Press the “ clear ” key again when re-clocking. The unused stations do not need to be processed.

2.3 After removing 3 to 5 outermost adhesive tapes from the outermost layer of the adhesive tape test paper, unwind the sample roll at a rate of about 300 mm / min (on the sheet sample, peel off the release layer at the same rate). About 200 mm apart, a sample of 25 mm in width and 100 mm in length was cut in the middle of the adhesive tape. Unless otherwise specified, the number of specimens in each group shall not be less than three.

2.4 Wipe the test plate and loading plate with a wiping material and detergent, then wipe it dry with a clean gauze, and repeat the cleaning three times. Above, until the work surface of the board is visually inspected and cleaned. After cleaning, do not touch the working surface of the plate with your hands or other objects.

2.5 At a temperature of 23 °C ± 2 °C and a relative humidity of 65 % ± 5 %, affix the specimen parallel to the longitudinal direction of the plate to the center of the test plate and the loading plate, as specified in Figure 2 . A roller was used to roll on the sample at a speed of about 300 mm/min . Note that when rolling, only the force generated by the pressure roller can be applied to the sample. The number of rolling can be specified according to the specific product conditions. If not specified, rolling is performed three times.

2.6 After the sample is affixed to the plate, it should be placed under the condition of 23 °C ± 2 °C and relative humidity of 65 % ± 5% for 20 minutes . Then will test. The plate is fixed vertically on the test stand and lightly pins are used to attach the load plate and weights. The entire test rack is placed in a test box that has been adjusted to the required test environment. Record the test start time.

2.7 After reaching the specified time, remove heavy objects. Use a magnifying glass with an index to measure the amount of displacement of the sample, down to the nearest 0.1 mm , or record the time the sample was removed from the test plate. 3 test results

The test results are expressed as the arithmetic mean of the displacement or the shedding time of a set of samples.
