Formulation and production process

Process flow one:

Carrier (water + starch + automatic drying agent + caustic soda) + body (water + starch + borax)

1. The raw materials on the kettle are added to the stirred tank in order and reacted for 10-20 minutes.
2. The next kettle material was added sequentially to the next stirred tank and stirred for 10-20 minutes.
3. The kettle gel was slowly added to the lower kettle and stirred for 20-40 minutes.

Process II:

According to the special circumstances of some enterprises, in the absence of the main body and carrier production equipment, an agitator can be used for production. According to the recipes in the above table, the carrier is first processed in the reactor in order, and then the water in the body is divided into two parts; the water and starch of the same weight as the starch are first taken out, and the borax is mixed evenly, and the remaining water is added to the reactor. After stirring evenly, the standby mixture was added to the reactor and stirred for 30 minutes.

Precautions:

1. After adding the special desiccant for automatic production line, the viscosity will be appropriately reduced. During the production process, attention should be paid to adjusting the amount of caustic soda, caustic soda to control the viscosity, and the amount of caustic soda used for the rubber to increase the amount of caustic soda, to reduce the amount of caustic soda.

3. Three layers of raw rubber I: The viscosity of the machine is controlled in 50-9 () seconds.

4. The viscosity of the 5th and 7th layer of raw rubber on the machine is controlled for 60-90 seconds. In special cases, the viscosity of the adhesive is adjusted according to requirements.

5. If there is degumming phenomenon on the corrugated board produced on the three-layer or five-layer automatic line and there is 1-2cm adhesion on both sides of the board, check whether the amount of glue applied is too small; if the adhesive viscosity is too low.

6. All production companies can also add automatic desiccant for raw rubber according to the raw rubber production process. In the raw rubber production process, the raw rubber desiccant is directly added to the carrier before adding caustic soda, and is stirred for 10-20 minutes, and then pressed again. The original process can be produced. The raw rubber desiccant is acidic. When the rubber is produced, the amount of caustic soda must be properly increased in the raw rubber process formula. The use of caustic soda is about 0.5ks per ton of raw starch.
