In order to solve these problems, it is necessary to use ink auxiliaries, commonly used ink auxiliaries include adhesive remover, varnish, No. 6 oil, external oil, anti-adhesion agent, red dry oil, white dry oil, and anti-crust Agents and anti-friction agents. In actual operation, how can we correctly grasp these ink additives?

(1) Remover. Suitable for offset bright fast drying inks. When the viscosity of the ink is high and the fluidity is suitable, the viscosity of the ink can be reduced by adding it. The method of use is to uniformly add 1% to 5% to the ink. Note that adding too much affects the concentration of the ink and appears dirty in printing.

(2) Diversion oil. It is suitable for offset light fast-drying ink with small fluidity. The timely addition can increase the ink's dynamic performance without affecting the ink luster and dryness. The method of use is to uniformly add 1% to 5% in the ink.

(3) Oil No. 6. It is suitable for synthetic paper offset printing ink with small fluidity and high viscosity. The timely addition reduces the viscosity of the ink and increases flow properties. The method of use is evenly added to the ink, and the amount added is 1% to 5%. Adding excessive amount will affect the drying oil of the ink. Note that it is not suitable to add the offset light and the quick-drying ink.

(4) outside the oil. Applicable to the printing blanket blanket ink (graphic and non-graphic parts), printing plates, water roller dirty and so on. The method of use is to add the ink evenly, and the amount added is 2% to 5%.
