Otherwise, Turkish Customs will require the exporter to provide the product test report made during CE certification, and sample the goods and send them to the Turkish Standards Agency (TSE) for testing. After the Turkish standards are met, they can be imported. Turkish customs inspects CE certificates and marks in accordance with EU requirements, and even enforces them more strictly than the official EU member states.
This is actually a regulation that Turkey has always had, but many export companies do not know yet. In view of this, it is recommended to export to Turkish enterprises: strictly in accordance with the standards of the importing country to organize production.
