The ZY202B folding folding machine purchased by our factory is an important equipment for binding books and magazines, and it plays a significant role in production.
After several years of operation, the ZY202B open-folding machine has experienced various degrees of wear on all mechanical parts, especially with the rotating parts. Recently, there has been an unstable paper transport failure. Ten million paper feeds are not in place and foldings are inaccurate. Although adjustments have been made, they have not seen any improvement and have affected normal production. Later, the mechanics checked that it was the phenomenon that the hemp roller shaft was bouncing and rotating unevenly, affecting the paper feeding and folding. After dismantling it, it was found that the copper sleeves at both ends of the hemp roller shaft were seriously worn and a bell mouth appeared, which caused the unstable rotation of the hemp roller shaft. After processing, new copper sleeves are used to clean the roller shaft and the fixed place. After the assembly, the gap is adjusted and the symptoms are eliminated during the test. However, there was a new problem with it. The first knives issued the noise of the zigzag roller. After several adjustments, it still did not work. There is a gap between the original shaft set, and now the gap eliminates new problems and emerges. If this failure is not resolved, first, it affects the quality of folding; second, the folding knife wears fast; and third, it cannot fold normally. Therefore, we had to check item by item. As a result, it was found that the shaft connecting the two bearings of the first folding knife had gaps and turbulences in the holes. The measurement had a gap of 0.1 mm/m, which was caused by such a small gap. , affect the folding effect. After re-clamping the hole and the axle of the vehicle and re-installing the test vehicle, the effect is good, the folding is normal, the noise is eliminated, and the dimensional standard is achieved.
Through this repair, the author's experience is that during the machine repair, you should not be able to look at the surface phenomenon, you can't just carry out routine inspections and maintenance, but also pay attention to the associated rotating parts and connecting parts, especially minor changes and abnormal phenomena. Save time, avoid rework, and not delay normal production. Otherwise, it will be less effective, not only affect the next process, but also affect the book cycle and product quality.
