Superior company launches bottle without milk

Superior Dairy, Inc., of Canton, Ohio, developed a new type of plastic milk bottle that is strong enough to stack. This kind of milk bottle does not need the packing box during the transportation process, and depends on its own unique design method to allow the milk bottle to withstand the stacking pressure during transportation. This new milk bottle is produced by blow molding with PE material.

The new bottle includes a recessed mouth so that the top of the cap is flush with the flat top of the cube. The wall, top and bottom of the bottle are strengthened due to the groove structure. Underneath the bottle cap is a sealed aluminum foil that is heat sealed in place. A strong seal allows the bottle to resist pressure effectively, so that the wall of the plastic bottle is only slightly thicker than regular milk bottles. The bottles are strong and can be stacked as high as 6 bottles. However, Soohnlens can stack 224 gallons of products on one tray only when the four bottles are so high. When a tray stacks six layers of traditional milk boxes, it can only hold up to 216 gallons. In this way, cube-shaped spaces in trucks can save on lightweight products, similar to placing other products on milk trays.
