Selection of Shakers for Vertical Horizontal Vibration Test Stand

    ( 1 ) Fixed sieve: The working part is fixed and the material is sieved by sliding along the working surface. Fixed sieves are one of the most widely used in the beneficiation plant and are generally used for pre-sieving before coarse or medium breaks. It has a simple structure and is easy to manufacture. Without consuming power, the ore can be unloaded directly onto the screen surface. The main disadvantage is the low productivity, screening efficiency is low, generally only 50--60%.
( 2 ) Roller sifter: The working surface is composed of a horizontally-arranged rolling axis, with a plate on the shaft, and the fine-grained material passes through the gap between the roller or the plate. The bulk material is moved by the roller toward one end and discharged from the end. Concentrators rarely use this type of screen.
( 3 )Cylinder screen: The working part is cylindrical, the whole screen rotates around the axis of the cylinder, and the axis is installed with a slight inclination in normal circumstances. The material is fed from one end of the cylinder, the fine-grade material passes through the sieve hole of the cylindrical working surface, and the coarse-grained material is discharged from the other end of the cylinder. The cylindrical screen rotates at a low speed, operates smoothly, and has a good balance of power. However, the screen holes are easy to be blocked, the screening efficiency is low, the working area is small, and the productivity is low. Concentrators rarely use it for screening equipment.
( 4 ) Plane moving screen: The body is swinging or vibrating within a plane. According to its plane motion trajectory is divided into linear motion, circular motion, elliptical motion and complex motion. Shakers and shakers fall into this category.
( 5 ) Hot mineral sieve: The heat mineral vibrating sieve is installed by sitting. It adopts double-shaft exciter. The motor is not oscillated. There are two sets of motor machine outer support for reverse self-synchronous rotation, so that the sieve body is made along the straight direction. Periodic reciprocating motion, so as to achieve the purpose of screening.
