Completed in 2020, Somany’s Residence is a standout project by Atrey & Associates, nestled in the bustling Engineer's Enclave neighborhood of New Delhi. Designed for a renowned fashion designer, the residence features a strikingly angular façade that immediately catches the eye. The client desired a house that was both simple and unique, with ample fenestrations for natural light while maintaining privacy. The north-facing 28’ x 58’ plot houses an ‘A’ frame structure in the façade, connecting the upper ground and first floors. This architectural marvel boasts a bold design, with water bodies and greenery integrated into the layout. Seen during the day or illuminated at night, this residence is impossible to overlook.
Avtar Villa
Drawing inspiration from the harmony of music, Avtar Villa is another masterpiece by Atrey & Associates. The villa is uncluttered and monochromatic, embodying a sense of fun and playfulness through its fluidic forms. The interplay of spaces and volumes creates a dynamic aesthetic that transcends the monotony of a perfectly cubic structure. The clients, who lead active lifestyles, sought a home that would be serene and restful. To achieve this, the architects adopted a modern minimalist approach, focusing on clean curves and functional design. Deep Villa
Located in the dense urban suburbs of Delhi, Deep Villa stands as an architectural landmark.
