India launches multilayer film packaging

A few days ago, a food company in India used multi-layer films instead of cans to package foods, which not only reduced packaging costs, but also kept fresh and preserved.

It is understood that multi-layer film is a composite of polyester film, aluminum film and polypropylene film three-layer material, used for food packaging, can not only ensure the strength of flexible packaging cans, but also to prevent light leakage and oxidation. According to reports, sardines are packed in multi-layer films and their shelf life is more than two years.
