The factory accepted this project in the future, the factory leaders attached great importance to the formation of the research team, and Shanghai Packaging Import and Export Corporation, Hangzhou ink paint factory to the representative domestic barrel factory for research, and according to the new iron barrel developed by Hangzhou ink paint factory The characteristics of special coatings, combined with China's national conditions and the specific conditions of each barrel factory, design a set of lines to make the inner and outer walls of the iron barrel through a simple mechanical device to achieve the functions of removing rust, descaling, oil-repelling layer and lightly pulling.

After half a year of trial and error, in the first half of last year, the two pre-treatment cleaning machines before the two drum rotating iron drums were successfully produced. The equipment was tested for one year, which proved that its performance is:

1. It can remove rust and dirt well, and can make the surface of the iron barrel rough, and more effectively combine with the 8104 bottom surface to paint the iron barrel to play a good role in rust prevention and adhesion. It has passed the universal tester test (ISO/2409-2002 cross-cut test standard for film scratch determination) to reach Grade 1, exceeding the requirements of the new 200-litre closed steel drum national standard for the adhesion of paint film to Grade 2 (manual 揩Wipe, paint film adhesion is lower than 2).

2. The ergonomic efficiency of the equipment is increased by about 20 times compared with manual rubbing (manual rubbing is 20 per shift per person, and it takes 20 labors to produce 400 barrels per day. The equipment only needs one person to operate).

3. After the iron barrel is treated by the equipment, the bottom surface of the 8104 is sprayed with a paint, exposed to the outdoor rain for 20 months, the paint color has no obvious discoloration, no paint stripping, anti-rust and so on.

In May of this year, Shanghai Packaging Import and Export Branch held a 200-liter steel drum coating equipment acceptance meeting in Jinshan. The participants agreed that the equipment has low investment, fast effect, small footprint, simple structure, convenient operation and improved production efficiency. , to reduce production costs and other characteristics. In addition to rust, the equipment has a good quality of decontamination, and can slightly pull the inner and outer walls of the iron drum to enhance the adhesion of the paint film and improve the coating quality. The equipment has no waste gas, no waste liquid, suitable for local conditions, suitable for small and medium-sized barrel factories, which has created a new way for the domestic barrel industry in the surface pretreatment process.
