1. Product classification

Product classification should be clear, such as books, calendars, cigarette packs, three-side sealed bags, middle sealed bags, middle sealed folded bags, fuse sealed bags, roll film, labels, cover film.

2. Font lines

Text should not be less than 1.5mm; try to use isometric text; small text lines should not be used for multi-color hollowing or multi-color overprinting; line width ≥0.15mm when imprinting, line width ≥0.3mm when overprinting

3. Size

4. Transitional color and light net

The minimum number of transition colors should not be less than 10% as much as possible, and the transition color length should consider the uniform transition without obvious grid connection. 20% or less of the shallow net should be considered to use spot colors, so that the ink color is even when printing, without losing dots.

5. The characters and background color are the same color

The gap between the background color and the color of the text should be increased to more than 50% as much as possible to make the text easy to read.

6. Issues such as imprinting, overprinting and topping should be explained clearly.

9. Increasing requirements for unit length and plate cylinder diameter

During the printing process, based on the factors of ink drying and overprinting, the printing material undergoes tensile deformation under the combined effect of drying temperature and tension, and the base film is elongated under a certain tension, but it retracts significantly after the tension is removed. Therefore, the unit length can be pre-adjusted according to the material shrinkage and the process characteristics of the factory and customers.

For example: PET-0.1%, BOPP-0.3%, PA-0.6%, etc. However, there are many exceptions, such as extruded composite film size will become longer, customers only allow negative deviations, etc., need to be adjusted according to specific circumstances.

Since the printing material is elongated in the longitudinal direction during the printing process, the diameter of the printing plate cylinder is gradually increased by a certain percentage to compensate for the change in the length of the printing material, so as to achieve the purpose of accurate overprinting. The incremental value of the plate cylinder diameter used in the woodware industry is 0.3mm, that is, the first color of the same set of plate cylinder diameter is the set value, and the color is increased by the same amount from the second color.
