In general, in order to increase work efficiency, the dynamic kAOS of the carton should preferably be coated with a medium-to-medium value, so that the transfer speed of the carton, the speed of charging by the linear applicator or the charging machine can be A substantial increase, which is very important for the modern high-speed food processing industry. Of course, there is a problem with too low a dynamic kAOS value. That is, when loading the carton into the applicator feeder, the carton often “slips out” of the feeding arm, especially the small box, the most obvious case.

If the dynamic kAOS of the coating material is well controlled, the work will be very beneficial. When you store, working hours will also be reduced. Sometimes the cartons are doing well, but the coating is not suitable, which is no good.

High-value kAOS also has a certain purpose. Some flat coating materials have dynamic kAOS of 30 to 40 degrees. Its main use is to increase the friction and keep the objects from sliding down for a period of time.
