4 Quality requirements 4.1 Book cutting open size.
4.1.1 Meet the requirements of GB 788.
4.1.2 The size of the non-standard open source is agreed upon by the demarcation unit and the printing unit.
4.2 Cutting requirements for semi-finished products.
4.2.1 The size error of cutting sheets and various regular drawings and loose sheets is less than 2mm.
4.2.2 Crop charts: The text size of the books prevail, with an error margin of 2.5 mm, with the exception of hypertext folding.
4.2.3 Trim cover: The head and foot errors are less than 3 mm, and the back and front quad errors are less than 2 mm.
4.3.4 cutting double: error 3 mm, breaking area less than 6 mm2.
4.2.5 Cut hardcover bookcase cardboard, medium diameter cardboard: The booklet size and shape requirements shall prevail, the error is less than 1mm.
4.3 Cutting requirements for finished products 4.3.1 Finished books and periodicals: Errors in paperback books are less than 2 mm, and errors in hardcover books are less than 1.5 mm.
4.3.2 After the cutting, the books and magazines have no obvious skewness, knife and knife marks, and no severe breakage.
