New nano plastic wrap passed identification

The National Agricultural Products Preservation Engineering Technology Research Center (Tianjin) has successfully developed a nano plastic wrap and related technologies, and has passed the acceptance inspection of relevant departments in Tianjin. 

According to reports, the development of nano plastic wraps is based on the “mechanism research on novel fresh-keeping membranes for fruits and vegetables” and “study on the mechanism and effects of air conditioning and anti-corrosion of nano fresh-keeping membranes” by studying the adsorption of gas molecules through polyolefin-based membranes— - The dissolution-conduction-analysis infiltration process, combined with fresh-keeping respiration and gas change index of fruits and vegetables, establishes a mathematical model for the preservation of fresh fruits and vegetables, and further develops the material modification, formula and process design of polyolefin-based plastic wrap, and develops nano-cladding films. , Micro-controlled cling film, anti-fog cling film, to solve the single type of cling film, breathable performance instability, poor anti-condensation, no anti-mildew and other issues. 

Its performance was determined by the National Testing Center. The water vapor transmission coefficient, physical and mechanical strength and other indicators all met the national sanitary inspection standards. The antibacterial rate against Botrytis cinerea was 67.9%. Other indicators were also much better than the conventional cling film. The nano plastic wrap used Kyoho grape for 40 days to maintain a rotten rate of only 2-3%, and the total effective rate was greater than 95%; it was used to store Fuji apples for 208 days; in addition, garlic, cauliflower, green pepper and peach were used for various purposes. Fruits and vegetables also have outstanding preservation effects.
